Sirius Environmental is a woman-owned environmental consulting firm founded by Wendy Lockwood in January 2006. Wendy is the principal of Sirius Environmental and has more than 25 years of experience providing solution-oriented consulting services in connection with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Sirius Environmental provides CEQA and NEPA project and program management services as well as QA/QC for small- and large-scale projects such as:

In addition to CEQA/NEPA project management, Sirius Environmental provides technical services including air quality and noise modeling, aesthetics and land use studies, energy conservation and greenhouse gas reduction analyses. Sirius Environmental provides evaluations of site operations to determine potential alternative sources of energy as well as identification of energy conservation measures that could be taken to reduce the carbon footprint of a building or facility.
